• Enrollments are processed under our flat-fee educational packages (Package Z, Package W, Package S, and Package O).
• Program schedules, live class links, and student communications are delivered via our official portal and WhatsApp channel.

3. Student Code of Conduct & Academic Integrity

Enrolled students are expected to maintain respect, Islamic decorum, and academic discipline during live sessions and in communications with faculty and administrative staff. Any disruptive behavior, unauthorized recording of online classes, or misuse of portal resources may result in immediate suspension of enrollment without refund.

4. Fees, Subscriptions, and Currency

Subscription Packages: All online educational courses operate under a flat subscription structure:

• Monthly Educational Package: PKR 3,000 / month
• Annual Educational Package: PKR 36,000 / year

Currency: All payments are billed and processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

Payment Obligations: Enrollment is confirmed only upon successful payment verification through authorized channels (Dubai Islamic Bank Card Gateway, Direct IBFT, or official merchant payment links).

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All academic content, audio/video recordings, course outlines, software interfaces, text, graphics, and logo assets published on jamiaislamiaclifton.com are the intellectual property of Jamia Islamia Clifton Online. Course materials are provided strictly for personal, non-commercial educational use by enrolled students. Unauthorized duplication, distribution, or re-publishing is strictly prohibited.

6. System Availability and Service Limitations

While we strive for continuous platform availability, Jamia Islamia Clifton Online shall not be held liable for temporary class interruptions or platform downtime resulting from internet connectivity issues, third-party server outages, scheduled maintenance, or acts of force majeure.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any legal disputes or claims arising from the use of this portal shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan.
